DELIVERY CHARGES

Standard £4.95 or FREE delivery on orders over £75 this is only for UK mainland, for non UK carriage charges please contact us!
Method: normally Royal Mail, or next day courier for larger items!
Dispatch time usually within 1 working day!

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy makes it straightforward for you to return it.Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and the goods must be unused and returned to us in their original packaging.

Please include your name, address and order number with the goods you are returning, plus the reason for return, whilst obtaining proof of postage. We will then refund you the original cost of the affected item, plus the cost of postage if there turns out to be a fault with your order. We regret we are not liable for returns which do not reach us or are damaged during the postage process. ITEM NOT RECEIVED

If you haven't received your item within 7 working days of your dispatched email please contact us via our contact form or telephone 01769 572820.

FAULTY ITEM

We do apologise if you receive a faulty item if you would please contact us to arrange further details we can get the problem sorted out as quickly as possible!

HOW DO I PAY?


You can pay using PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still checkout using credit or debit card via Paypal.

AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER

  • We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
  • If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.
  • If an item is missing, please contact us quoting the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Before getting in contact with us, have you tried:

  • Checking the tracking link via your confirmation email to view the up to date tracking.
  • Signing into My Account to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date.
  • Checking if you have a text message, email or attempted delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.
  • Checking with your neighbours to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
  • Looking in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as behind bins or in a shed, garage or porch.

If you still can't find your parcel, please contact us and quote your order number. We'll reply within 24 hours and do our best to locate your parcel straightaway. If it cannot be found, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
